Some test-shots with the 5D and 40D, mated with the EF 100mm f2.8 macro and the Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro lenses. Fill flash (Av-mode), and tripod with mirror lock-up was used. Subject distance was adjusted to keep similar field of view. See exif for further details.
